What we collect. Business contact details and the content of your enquiries and our correspondence with you. Technical data such as IP address and pages viewed, through cookies. Billing records if you are a client or supplier.

 

Where we get it. From you, from our website, and from publicly available business sources. Ask us and we will tell you where we obtained your details.

 

Why. To respond to you, deliver our services, manage client and supplier relationships, and contact professionals whose role is relevant to motorsport sponsorship. Our lawful bases are contract, our legitimate interests in running the business, legal obligation for tax and accounting, and consent for non-essential cookies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.

 

Sharing. We do not sell or trade your data. We share it only with the service providers who run our business systems, with our advisers, and with authorities where the law requires. Where data goes outside the UK it is protected by an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

 

How long. Client and supplier records for 7 years after the relationship ends, and everything else only while we need it.
